If anyone is interested.
We encountered the following blooming flowers:
bloodroot, violet woodsorrel, green and gold, trout lily, round-lobed hepatica, variable leaf toothwort, robin's plantain, early saxifrage, Carolina vetch, common blue violet, halberd-leaved violet, hairy woodrush, little brown jugs (large flower buds but not open), hairy buttercup, copius buckeyes - budded but not popped, plus a large suite of trees from river bottoms to dry oak ridge tops.
Numerous wild geranium, may apples, and cohosh were up but not flowering.
It was a good day for a wolk in the woods.
