After todays plant families presentation and lunch, a group of us headed over to the Chattahoochee River NRA (after having been informed by Maureen Doonohoe that she had seen trout lilies up but not open there the day before) to see if the warm and sunny weather had broutght them out. Sure enough, we found several lovely trout lilies fully open in the afternoon sun. A great way to end the day.
Spring is almost here.
