John manion provided a link to a nice little website in his recent Atlanta History Center Volunteer notes. I found this to be a very interesting site and you may as well:
The site is a daily photo weblog sent from the University of British Columbia Botanical Garden and Center for Plant Research - named “Botany Photo of the Day”. Once a day they send an often-very-interesting image of a plant (or fungus) along with information about it. To visit the site:
